  • OnePlaceIVR client setup directories have no security settings from AUTO_PROCESS. Look into modifying the setupnewclient folders scripts to use SCOPY from folders that have proper ACLs set up.

  • Look into making a "clients" or "sites" folder to reduce clutter and chance of a bad "drag n drop" operation in the oneplaceivr root dir.

• Create centralized reports. Right now reports are in clientcode\reports, create the standard ones in \reports, which would be pointed to by the cleintcode\reports\default.htm page. Also look at authentication to see if it is one login for all reports.
