Stage 3.1: Web: Set up links on /online and /admin pages

http://www.sitename.com/online

• should contain links to all web pages client uses for online entry and viewing reports.
• This page should be password protected with an .htaccess file (see Andrew for help creating this). The account manager should receive the client user name and password to pass on to the client.
• After webtrends is set up (see stage 3.2), a link should be put on this page to their reports at http://www.sitename.com/reports
• A link to the client's OnePlaceReports (Caller ID Reports) http://*client_ip_address*/ should also be placed on this page

• should contain links to all web pages Enterprise employees use for online entry.
• This page should not include links from /online.
• This page should be password protected with an .htaccess file (see Andrew for help creating this). The only user name and password valid for this page should be Carter.
