Client code key guide:
Green= System is shipped and installed at client's site.
Blue= System is on our server rack with IVR configuration testing in process or done.
Yellow= System is in house and has schedule date for IVR configuration/testing.
Red= Projected system with issues that need to be resolved before hardware ordering/configuration.
Latest comments for systems are in blue!

Waiting on Property Codes by Client
[Ray, Brian] (4/24/2002) Betty wants to test tomorrow(4/25/2002). Waiting on client to put property codes in.
[Ray, Brian] (4/26/2002) Client entered a property code. Tested pager/email and it worked. Ship Tuesday 4/30/2002.
[Ray, Brian] (5/1/2002) Shipped on 4/30/2002. Install Friday 5/3/2002. Initial Pager/Email test was successful.
[Ray, Brian] (5/16/2002) Waiting on client to change phone companies. Everything else done from our end.

Initial Configuration and IVR testing to be finished (5/1/2002) Client sending data on Monday.

[Ray, Brian](5/16/2002) Delayed from clients data issues. Tentative scheduled for shipping next Wed(5/22/2002)
[Ray, Brian](5/30/2002) Will ship next week. Need to resolve some final data issues from client and RDC. I have ran it through all my tests. Next week Linda and I will do final testing before shipment.
