What is a "custom broker gateway"?
A cost effective tool for Brokers to utilize the "property ads" and/or "agent pages" hosted by REALTOR.com.

What needs to be done to accomplish this gateway?

• Broker must create (or have Enterprise create) "frame set" for every city/market that broker wants to implement the gateway.
• Real Select will provide a template frame set for broker to start from.
• Contact Technical Rep at Real Select to acquire address/URL to gateway:

• Frame Set ... must be vertical and no wider than (100 pixels) and optimized for (640x480) screen resolution (because a higher percentage of Internet users still have this resolution).
• Frame Set ... will point to "Find a Realtor" and it will display REALTOR.COM agent home pages in the local market from this frame.
• Frame Set ... will point to "Find a Home" and it will display REALTOR.COM property listings in the local market from this frame.
• Frame Set ... cannot point to other home sites from the initial frame.
