Agreement/Guidelines:

• Messages will appear on 100% of your inventory, no matter how the consumer gets to them (through your Gateway, REALTOR.COM, USATODAY, etc.) However, not through another broker's Gateway.
• Below the message we include the office name, phone number, and e-mail address (this e-mail address may be the same for all properties, i.e., firm directed e-mail, or individualized for each office, or even both, at your discretion).
