  1. File \ New

  2. Modify \ Movie \ Define dimensions and background color

  3. Using the tool bar to write text

  4. Select the text

  5. Insert \ Convert to Symbol \ Button

  6. Open the Library Window \ Right click on the newly created Symbol \ Edit

  7. Right click the Up State \ Copy Frames

  8. Paste Frames into the Over, Down and Hit states

  9. In Over state select object \ Insert \ Convert to Symbol \ Movie Clip

  10. Right click on the newly created Symbol in the Library Window \ Edit

  11. Select the text \ Insert \ Convert to Symbol \ Graphic

  12. Right click on desired frame in the Timeline \ Insert Keyframe

  13. Right click on first element \ Create Motion Tween

  14. Select last the object of the Motion Tween \ Right click \ Scale \ resize the selection

  15. Double click on the last object of the Motion Tween \ Color Effects \ Special \ apply choices

  16. Return to Symbol 1 \ Right click on Layer \ Add a New Layer \ draw a box with the fill color matching the background color

  17. Move Layer 1 above Layer 2

  18. Return to Scene 1 \ select the object \ Modify \ Align \ select Vertical and Horizontal settings and check Align to Page

  19. Right click on the object \ Properties \ Actions \ Add (+) \ Get URL \ Enter the URL

  20. Control \ Test Movie

  21. File \ Export Movie \ Save as...

  22. File \ Save \ Save .fla file as...
