SCANNING PROCEDURES

When an office profile is received, a graphic artist will be required to enter the information into the database using HTML. You can find the database located at: \\weichert\jetdb\weichert.mdb\tbloffices (* refer to similar pages already online in the database)

Scanning of the office photos is also to be done by a graphic artist to insure "quality of scan", as well as "placement of the scan". (* NOTE: Weichert OFFICE photos do NOT run thru webpix).

1. Set the scanner to "screen" (75 dpi) mode
   
   
2. Dimensions ---
   TALL (200x280) pixels
   WIDE (300x200) pixels
   
   
3. Color correct as needed, including sharpening if necessary
   
   
4. Photos are to saved the officecode.jpg as indicated on the back of the photo
   (* NOTE: if the office code is not on photo, go to the database at \\weichert\jetdb\weichert.mdb\tbloffices and locate).
   
   
5. Place saved photo in the (weichert) folder on
   \\weichert\htdocs\search\offices\full
