SCANNING PROCEDURES

The Enterprise maintains the property listings or "models" via an online entry system. Scanning is to be done by a graphic artist to insure "quality of scan", as well as placement of scan (* NOTE: billbeazley photos do NOT run thru webpix).

1. Set the scanner to "screen" (75 dpi) mode
   
   
2. Dimensions ---
   TALL (200x280) pixels
   WIDE (300x200) pixels
   
   
3. Color correct as needed, including sharpening if necessary
   
   
4. Photos are to saved the MLS#.jpg as indicated on the back of the photo
   (* NOTE: if MLS# is not on photo, go to the web site and search for the property/model under "Update a Property Listing").
   
   
5. Place saved photo in the (billbeazley) folder on
   nt-1\htdocs\model\full
